There is a regular 5x5 Slingo grid with a bottom reel that contains 5 places for symbols to drop down. Each spin introduces new symbols into this bottom reel, aiming to align as many symbols in a row as possible on the grid above. Adding a creative twist, before each bet, the playable grid is overlaid with various Tetris shapes. Filling these outlines with matched symbols from spins can unlock additional wins.

At the start of each game, a number of Tetris shapes will be overlayed on the play board and be displayed at the side. Fill Slingo spaces to complete the Tetris shapes with each filled shape awarding a bonus cash prize. Fill all shapes to win up to 100x your total bet on top of all winnings during the current game. 

Your Tetris Slingo card can be filled with 25 numbers ranging from 1 to 75. Other than these numbers, the only symbols in this game are the gray stars used to mark positions on the grid and the various Tetriminos. These classic Tetris symbols come in eight color-coded shapes resembling letters of the alphabet.

At 3 or more filled lines, the first of 3 bonus games is unlocked with additional filled lines awarding additional free spins and expanding the total grid size awarded up to an 8x16 grid. When activated, a grid of coloured symbols will appear and Tetris symbols will fall onto the reels. If the Tetris symbols land on a matching coloured space, it will cause a cluster and award a payout with payouts dependent on the size of the cluster.
